Portugal for the 2014 Youth Worlds

Council have agreed on the Youth World Championship Sub-committee recommendation to hold the 2014 Youth World Championships in Tavira, Portugal.

So work can now start on putting together contracts and working with the Tavira organisers to put everything in place to put on a great event.
